1) Ankle circumference just above the ankle bone
2) Calf circumference at the widest portion of the calf
3) Length from two centimeters below back of the knee crease to the floor (best to do this measurement in sitting with knee bent to 90 degrees)

Indications:
- C0s Functional disorders: heaviness, pain, pruritus, impatience, feeling of edema in the evening
- C1 Telangiectasias or reticular varices
- C2 Truncular varices constituted> 3mm
Contraindications:
- In the following cases, you should not wear a medical compression device - following the recommendations of the HAS (Haute Autorité de Santé):
- Absolute contraindications
- Arteriopathy obliterans of the lower limbs (PADI) with systolic pressure index (IPS) <0.6
- Advanced diabetic microangiopathy (for compression> 30 mmHg)
- Phlegmatia coerulea dolens (painful blue phlebitis with arterial compression)
- Septic thrombosis
- Relative contraindications
- Weeping or eczematized dermatosis
- Intolerance to fibers or hold-ups used
- If the IPS is between 0.6 and 0.9, a regular reassessment of the benefit / risk ratio is necessary
- Advanced peripheral neuropathy
Absolute Contraindications:
