Take measurement at mid-patella, 6 inches above mid-patella, 6" below mid-patell and compare to the following chart:  

XSmall - thigh-16-18",mid-patella-12-13", calf-11-12"
Small - thigh - 17-19", mid-patella -13-14", calf - 12-13"
Medium - thigh - 18-20", mid-patella-14-15", calf - 13-14"
Large - thigh -19-21", mid-patella- 15-16", calf - 14-15"
XLarge - thigh-20-22", mid-patella-16-18", calf-15-16"
XXLarge - thigh-21-23", mid-patella-18-20", calf-16-17"
XXXLarge - thigh-23-26", mid-patella-20-22", calf-17-18"
XXXXLarge - thigh-26-29", mid-patella-22-24", calf- 18-19"

Indicated for: 

• Patella Subluxation
• Patello-femoral Syndrome
• Part of a rehabilitation program for patella tendon injuries where medial/lateral support is also required
